Eye Bags

"Eye bag" is the colloquial term for sagging skin under the eyes which is often accompanied by visible swelling. This swelling is caused by tissue fluid. Bags under the eyes occur more frequently with increasing age and are exacerbated by the formation of wrinkles. They can make the eyes look tired and age the face prematurely.
