UPDATE from Anagen SA: Information for previous customers of Hair & Skin Medical AG (in Liquidation)
In October 2024, HAIR & SKIN has found a new owner in Anagen SA and reopened selected clinics. We are delighted that so many customers of the former owner, Hair and Skin Medical AG ( in Liquidation) are continuing their Hair & Skin treatments with us.
Some customers of the previous owner, Hair and Skin Medical AG (in Liquidation) have expressed their concern to us that, due to the billing model used by Hair and Skin Medical AG (in Liquidation), they are being requested by a a third-party service provider to pay for services that have not been provided.
We understand that this is a cause of great concern. In this respect we wish to stress once more that Anagen SA is a separate company and is not to be confused with the previous owner, Hair and Skin Medical AG (in Liquidation).
We cannot assess the extent to which these concerns are justified due to a lack of knowledge of all the relevant circumstances and agreements in place between the customers, Hair and Skin Medical AG (in Liquidation) and the third-party service provider. In case of doubt, it seems advisable that previous customers seek advice, for example from a consumer protection organization or a legal service provider. Information can be found on this website.
Should you need information about the status of your contract and treatment with Hair and Skin Medical AG (in Liquidation), which might be useful to assist you to protect your rights towards the service provider, please feel free to get in touch with us. • We, Anagen SA, are a company independent from Hair and Skin Medical AG (in Liquidation). We are under no obligation to provide services for previous treatments agreed with Hair and Skin Medical AG (in Liquidation). If such services are provided to previous customers of Hair and Skin Medical AG (in Liquidation), this is a new business relationship between you and Anagen SA
