Eyebrow transplant

Eyebrow transplant

In an eyebrow transplant, active, hormone-resistant hair follicles are taken from a region densely populated with hair ('donor area', often at the lower back of the head) and grafted to the bald areas in the eyebrow area ('recipient area'). After successful growth in the recipient area, the grafted hair follicles produce hair for the rest of the patient's life.
